Ray Metal ltd, was founded in 1975 by Raymond Villemure, hence the name. The business originally specialised in the manufacture of steel trusses but was completely destroyed by fire in 1988. Afterward, under the leadership of Mr. Jacques Villemure, son of Raymond, the team took this opportunity to diversify and began producing steel connections for wooden structures.

Jimmy, Dany and Jessy Villemure, sons of Jacques, have worked in the family business for more than 20 years and became owners in 2002. They are, therefore, the third generation of entrepreneurs to continue to offer the excellent products and services on which they built their reputation.

Ever conscious of the need to satisfy quality requirements set out by their clients and to respect safety concerns involved in the manufacture of steel assembly parts, the entrepreneurs strive to remain leaders in their field.
